Sarah Geronimo says no to cosmetic surgery
Although she was taken in to be the newest official endorser of Belo Essentials of the Belo Medical Group, singing champion Sarah Geronimo will never go under the knife for a nose lift. Sarah is afraid that enhancing her nose might affect her singing voice and for her, that will be disastrous. Sarah joins the list of Belo Essentials endorsers, namely, Regine Velasco, Lucy Torres-Gomez and Zsazsa Padilla.
